Mac Pro + Radius server problems

Hello everyone. I have a a radius server auth set up in our property that 12 people share. Everything works well on both Macs and PC's. One person just received his new mac pro, and it will not connect to the internet. It has been set up the correct way according to the radius server company, and how other Mac's have been set up, yet it will not connect. Apple support has not been successful at helping him figure out his problem yet.

We have to connect wirelessly, and he is using the Airport on the mac.

Has anyone heard of any problems regarding radius and the new mac pro's airport?

Any help would be great.
