Mac Pro comparable PC rig

I know this is a silly question, but sometimes it's the silly ones that need to asked. Does anyone know if there is a site where someone deliberately configured a PC that was comparable to a full featured Mac Pro? What's an equivalent performance PC rig without the Apple price tag, basically?
 
look into workstations from dell, Hp and IBM. I have essentially an older mac pro by IBM. 2x 2.33ghz xeons, 6gb fbdimms, 9600gt, 10k hdds, audigy plantium. Albeit, mine is a repurposed IBM server not workstation. Still serves the purpose well though
