Automater looks cool too.

I bet the kids over at M$ just smack themselves silly when they see innovative features like these. Duh, why didn't we think of that?

and then they realize they still have 95% of the market share and dive into their scrooge mcduck sized vaults of cash.

Apple usually bundles these with their systems upon release, don't they?

I'm in the market for a powerbook in the next month or so...

MS have such massive amounts of resources, but they do ah heck-all. It's amazing just how little they achieve. Every OSX release, apple shoot another huge leap ahead of MS. Maybe in a few years we'll see some lame copy that MS has thrown together, completely ripping off apple's features. They already expect it!

The worst part is when people claim apple products are expensive, when it's apple that put all the effort in and create all the market-leading products (market leading design costs, you know). Then other people take this design, copy it blatantly but change it sufficiently that they don't get sued. They then sell it a bit cheaper and all the mac haters complain about the price...

Haha...I remember Windows ads like that...they ran in MacUser before it was scrapped.

Something like "Introducing Windows 95...it lets you use filenames up to 32 characters long. Imagine that."

Ever tried buying windows xp pro under a student license? MS makes much, MUCH larger contributions in the way of discounts and give-aways to students and educational institutions than Apple can possibly hope to.

It enhances their market share, though, producing thousands of students who are familiar with only MS products...devious. :D

Edit: M$ also has about six times the market cap of Apple at the moment.
