Absolutely. First thing I did was set up home/end key taps to get to the top and bottom of the web pages quickly.

Wasn't there a gesture or swipe that did this in Snow Leopard? I kinda miss that especially when looking at long threads :X

I use two finger click. I had tap to click with one finger disabled when I first upgraded to Lion and never noticed I could use two finger tap. I enabled one finger tap to click and will give it a try. I wonder why I disabled it in the first place haha. At least it'll be quieter now when I use the trackpad!

Absolutely. First thing I did was set up home/end key taps to get to the top and bottom of the web pages quickly. Question I have is, how do you configure it to launch at startup? Each time I reboot (I bootcamp daily) I have to reload it into the system tray at the top. Is there some folder/file/click I can do to have it load at boot?

BetterTouchTool itself has a setting to change this. Click on "Basic Settings" (or "General Settings" if you have Advanced view turned on) and check the box that says "Launch BetterTouchTool on startup." If you ever want an app that doesn't have a setting like this to open at startup, right click on the icon in the Dock, hover over Options, and click on Open at Login.

i use magicprefs .. my favorite is 3 finger click = middle click. opening links, favorites in a new window is easy.

bottom right of trackpad click for me or a real mouse. I am not into guestures except for 2 finger scroll and 3 finger swipe which I wish pcs would use properly on the laptops.

Ya. But when you are using 2 finger scroll and want to click/right click you don't have to move your hand if you use tap to click.

bump for clarification on a few questions:

So i should enable my firewall right? I was just wondering why it was disabled by default. and any special steps i should take to use it with dropbox, utorrent, etc?

I'm starting to get used to two-finger click, but still have some probs with it. For one sometimes it wont work and ill go to the link in the current window instead of opening in a new tab like i was going for. and why does it highlight the link sometimes too?

Lastly, whats the disadvantage to exFAT? I ask because I currently am using a MBA, which i dont have any probs with, but i was considering installing OSX on my desktop pc. I was going to install it to my main SSD drive, but i already have a NTFS (storage) 1TB hard drive with a lot of data on it.

Id like to stick with NTFS, but i dont want to risk losing any of the data. Im willing to pay for better NTFS support, but only if its definitely better.
