Mac Mini issue

I recently bought an early 09 Mini, I used it a couple times with no issue. Today however it will not boot up. When I hit the power button the white screen comes up and a progress bar shows to be loading but stop very early and it power off. Any suggestions? It has an intel 2.0 ghz, 4 gigs ram, 128 gig ssd and osx 10.8
 
I ended up wiping the drive in disc utility and when I try download and install Mountain Lion it says it is temporarily unavailable
