I obviously can not endorse or approve RAM that has not gone through Apple testing. But from the specs that you list above, I don't see any reason that it would not stand a good chance of working. (We did qualify a Micron 1GB DIMMs, but with 16 DRAM parts.)
Again, I can not provide you with an endorsement, obviously for liability reasons. But if you try the RAM and it does work fine, you might like to report back here so others are aware of how you made out.
