Can I use the new nvidia drivers with this or would just using the one on the snow leopard disc be the way to go?

Ya that's what I did the past two times and I keep getting a BSOD in windows 7 x64 for the nvidia display driver files. Tested the memory and hard drive nothing wrong there. Next best thing I thought to do was use a newer one from nvidia.

That means nothing. You need to makde sure your crash dump is set to "kernal dump" and write down the directory. Locate the file and send it to someone who knows how to use debugging tools. I used to know how in WinXP, but it has been a long time and I haven;t a clue how to do it in Win7.

Given the failure of the software update driver, I'd just use the one on the Snow Leopard DVD. Much safer bet.
