Uhh no. But yes, it is indeed an innovative technology by Apple.

It's hardly innovative; if anything it's necessary to get the underperforming (MHz wise) G5s to the level apple wanted. Hopefully the newer G5s will not require exotic cooling. The water isn't any quieter than air on the G5s which I don't understand. If anything- people using pro apps would love to have a silent water cooled Mac. The design is very elegant, to be sure. I might jump on a top end G5 if they get them out soon... 😛

I gently rub my tubing on my X2 4400+ watercooled at 2750. MMM watercooling. G5 or X2 or PIV gotta love the watercooling.
