Since Anand put up his Macintosh section with all those helpful guides and reviews, are we gonna get a Mac forum for us to discuss what the best AIM client is for Mac, best video player, mac issues, etc.? I think it'd be really helpful.

Thanks

Yeah, didn't see the earlier Mac thread, but I've been running into some issues here and there with my Mac (can't play Xvid files very well, etc.). I used AT for all my overclocking and PC needs

If you have a hardware issue with your apple computer, post it in the correct hardware related forum. If you have a software problem with your beautiful apple computer, post it in the software forum.

What's the problem again?

Not to mention that PC stands for Personal Computer, and Apple computers typically fall into that category. :p

A quick check on the PC forums show on General Hardware, the last Mac post was on 6/14, and before that, 5/20. I don't want to ask a question that won't get good answers regularly. Plus, look at Operating Systems -- no mention of OS9 or OSX in the description.

It's not that I can't get all these Mac questions answered on some other forums, but seeing Anand's Mac guides made me want a separate Mac forum. Heck even look at the Software forum... there's a sticky for a bunch of freeware Windows programs. A Mac forum could have a sticky for Mac freeware programs and not get inundated by all the PC posts.

So what's stopping you from creating a thread in Software about Mac freeware programs? It would probably get stickied you know. ;)
