So are you guys done threadcrapping yet?

Would enjoy seeing some more OSX desktops... Always curious to find a few more menu bar apps...

Because of fact that I can live without MAC OSX, and you have to use Windows.

you know what i use my windows box for? I RDC into it just so I can use it to download stuff.

Wow, can't download stuff on mac? :))

Definitely somebody (not you) doesn't have to install vista to download stuff.

Azerus just happens to run better in WinXP than in the PowerPC version of OSX

Umm.. Azureus is pretty crappy compared to utorrent for windows. I use Azureus in OS X mainly because OS X lacks anything decent (transmission is banned and doesn't follow protocol, and xtorrent is based off transmission. anything else is old and featureless).

I have an Mac Mini 1.66ghz Core Duo, 2 gb ram and it runs beautifully... Not sure what the issue might be with yours, but vista has run very well for me on the mini for a few months now...

Gotta love to see mac users can't live without Microsoft..

Aphex: are you running each on their own, or making full use of coherence? Actually, how much ram do you dedicate to the windows box?

postmoremIA: I don't get your comment. What does using a Mac have anything to do w/ exclusive OS use? Both platforms have their pros and cons. And considering I support a Windows and Mac environment.. yeah, I gotta use em both.

OMG! I've wanted a similar wallpaper since ages!

I must've posted at least twice on here searching for such a wallpaper.

May I ask where you got it from, and if I can get a 1280x800 wallpaper?

TIA.

your dock is insane.

I have finder, appdelete, and the trash can in my dock as static items. quicksilver FTW :)

Your surperiorness and l33tness radiates from the fact that you have three static items in your dock. I shall one up you by having ZERO static items in my dock.

Desktop of my PowerMac G3 who still runs in OS 9 from time to time.
Desktop of my old iBook G3/800, OS X 10.2.
Desktop of my current iBook G4/1,33, OS X 10.4.

It's a coincidence both iBooks had a StarCraft wallpaper. They are part of a cycle.

As for desktop gimmicks, try MenuMeters.
