Mac and PC + Wireless?

Can one of those Mac laptops, Powerbook G4 with the built in wireless card be able to communicate with a wireless AP such as an SMC one? And have PC's communicating at the same time? Thanks ahead!
 
I just bought the airport card and a SMC wireless router for a customer. I hope it works. If not Ill be eating about $300 worth of stuff I cant use 🙁

From checking the web SMC offers support for macs and the wireless deal. Also the airport card has decent documentation on how to set it up. After all it is a mac and supposed to be the easiest thing to do besides whipe your arse 😉
