Mac and Flash - How do you loadvars/sendandload/etc?

Not sure how to ask this but flash and mac seem to have a problem with the loadvars object. I can get it to load just fine and send just fine but when it comes to a sendandload it causes everything to just halt. Tried adding in a timer so not loading a achached page nd that didnt work. Tried using a regular loadvariables to do it and that didnt work either....Even just appended everything to the site string (like a get) and still wouldn't work even as just a "load"
anybody have any other options out there? Everything works on a PC just fine but stupid mac flash can't seem to get this one simple concept working :-/

edit: I'm using multiple loadvars objects so I'm not sure if that has any effect? like the first frame uses one to laod server vars...the second frame loads persons information using those server vars....the third frame loads information based off that persons info...all that works fine...then they submit something....that works OK...but then when i use a load after that everything goes kaput...
