MAC address lookup help

I was going through dhcp logs, and i found a wierd mac address. The first 3 number sets are:
E9:EB:B3

usually i can lookup the maker of the card, but there is no listing for this?? Also.. I have a huge list of clients and this is the only mac address that doesnt start with Zero... I have a feeling someone is snooping my network. Any help with this is much appreciated 🙂

UPDATE:

I just found this link:

Many people have detected the exact same Network address on their network. They say its possibly a virtual device on the network, but nobody really tracked it down.. Anyone have any information?
