Can anybody make heads or tails of this statement from E????

I understand that you are clarifying if the M6809 eMachines notebook has a shared memory.

The Video Card (ATI Mobility RADEON 9600 64 MB DDR) of the system is an Integrated Video Card. It shares RAM with the system resources. In the case of the notebook, 64 MB will not be recognized because that is the amount of RAM that the system shares with the Video Card.

It is a typo. Its a typo on the JR webstite and it says that for all 3 of the 680X versions.
It was also a typo on the Emachines website when the laptop first came out.

They don't know what they're talking about, there's no way the memory is shared.

I'll believe it when someone shows me a chipset that has embedded 9600 graphics.... even if they wanted, it is not possible. just another typo, and hopefully will be corrected once the product launches.
