I cant believe you've visited Anandtech; you do know they've logged not only your IP address but also the web browser you're using to access their site right?

Just about every OS has somewhere that it stores your settings (go figure) and they pretty much all have features that cache things you access (web pages, files, etc.). This doesnt mean that they are spying on you.
