Ah found it

Reference: "Winter Blast", pgs. 113-122, Muscle and Fitness, January 2007

Split 1: Weeks 1-3, 5-7, and 9-11
Monday/Thursday: Chest+Triceps
Tuesday/Friday: Legs+Shoulders+Traps
Wednesday/Saturday : Back+Biceps+Forearms

Split 2: Weeks 4, 8, and 12
Monday: Chest+Back+Calves+Abs
Wednesday: Legs+Shoulders
Friday: Arms+Traps

Thats as close as I could come to finding it in the little time I had before class, I'm sure the PDF is out there somewhere. 🙂

Are M&F mags still adorning their front page with ground-breaking titles like "Artillery Bombardment: How to finally get huge guns" and "8 steps to washboard abs this summer" and "Pecs, a primer on two core chest-exploding movements"?
