M.B. crashes ( reboots) when set to 133FSB entering game

I just started having trouble about 1 month ago, Its a long story and i have read about other people having the same issue. I can't boot into a game, such as MOHAA with my FSB set to 133. But its stable at 100 FSB. I have read a lot of forums dealing with this issue with no certain fix. I have swapped out my PS, Ram, Video Card, Sound card, and even got a new Motherboard from MSI to correct problem, their no help.....lol but last resort would be to try a different AMD chip, Mine is a XP1800. has anyone solved this issue? What MB is it?

 
MSI-KT3 Ultra 6380, this is a RMA second board(looks new) and the problem was there on the new board when i first booted it up.............yes i'm greedy, lol Its a 266mhz processor so its made for 133FSB but maybe it's the problem,
lord i tried everything else. Exept swapping it out for another one. I have another computer that i built for my son-in-law with the MSI-KT3 Ultra 6380 and it runs with an XP1700 cpu and it runs fine at 133FSB.
 
Your power supply may not be able to supply enough electrical power to run the system at 133MHz when the video card kicks in. What brand and model of power supply do you have? Also, are you positive that the heatsink is on in the correct direction? Look at figures 7, 13 and 14 of this guide: click me
 
My MSI Bio's really don't offer much for ram settings, i use the defult. I have 512 of crucial 2100 now. I just added the 2nd 256 yesterday to see if it was the problem. No Go. I tried new & old Radion drivers for my 9000pro VC. I've had my old G-Force 3 TI 200 installed and it was a No go also. I tried using 2 different HD's with Win XP on both, No Go either. same problem weither i boot into one or the other. I have an Allied 450w power supply and also tried my 300 Antec PS, no go. I have the newest Bio's, this last board came flashed to the newest Bio's already. No go either. I think i tried alsmost everything, even booting without the Soundblaster live 5.1, only thing i didn't remove is the Nic for my cable modem.
 
Ok, look at the rear of your PSU and double-check that the lil' slide switch is set to the correct household voltage.
 
I don't know what-all is in your system, but you might try running a test session with as little electrical load as possible and see what happens. Unhook non-essential drives from data and power, take out non-essential cards (again), give it a whirl. Use just one memory module too.

Also, seems like MSI was one of the companies victimized by the low-quality capacitor scam that hit a lot of Abit owners too, where capacitors leaked their electrolyte. Do you see any capacitors that look like they could be leaking, or maybe bulging?
