Lyft 1st time user referral codes?

i created a Lyft acct years ago and probably used a random 1st time Lyft code to get a discount on my 1st few rides.
I haven't used it in a long time but decided to check out if there are any coupons.

I found this site for codes for existing customers:

So I tried to use 'Classy' but Lyft says:
"Cannot apply a referral because another one has already been applied"

Referral? One has already been applied???
I don't understand?

No. To use it you have to create an Uber account. At least that's what I got out of reading your link.
