Yeah that was embarrassing. The Raiders lead for most of the game but then blew it at the end....as a Bears fan I get it.

I think Jon Gruden stabilized the program; but for well over the previous decade the Raiders were arguably the most penalized and most undisciplined team in the NFL. The Bears have sucked, but I don't recall them constantly shooting themselves in the feet like the pre-Gruden Raiders did.
