So, basically, it's an ordinary yacht with a giant fake volcano and water stream on the top?

I like everything about it except the tropical island part. In fact, they had me at "fully functional spa, gym, library, cinema, and game room".

Not sure I get the point of a yacht. It seems like a nice house, but you're out in the middle of nowhere and it's constantly rocking back and forth. Unless the game is just to get away from everything.

The concept is sort of cool, but to be honest I don't like that design at all. Why are all of the cabanas facing each other? Who wants to be cooped up in their cabin with the door closed if they're in the mood for privacy?

Why not have the guest cabins spaced around the outside of the ship/island, facing the ocean with private balconies or decks? They could be separated by realistic fake trees and plants (or real ones, if you want), and short walkways could lead to a common area. That would give the best of both worlds imo.

And give me a fake beach area with sand on the main deck. Gotta have some sand.

And a dance floor.

More like it's a mobile mansion that can go pretty much anywhere.

First reaction: gawd what an ungainly, ugly design. Second reaction: one good sea over the bow and it's a clean sweep.

That helipad seems in functional. If the heli drifts even a tiny distance to the side it smacks the volcano. I don't think it is actually of a usable size.

The pool on the yacht is awesome, seeing an open glass end to it.

I can't see anyone intelligent enough to become that rich buying that ugly ass thing.

Except down to the store for a gallon of milk.

You send someone to go get it in the helicopter of one of the other boats you have board duh

How else am I supposed to 'sacrifice a virgin' if I don't have a sex volcano onboard?!

The key term is probably "international waters." :sneaky:

Meh, you can pick-up a real tropical island for $1 ~ $2 million. And I don't mean a sandy atoll that might disappear overnight, either. A real decent island with main house, solar or wind turbine, diesel generator, water filtration (reverse osmosis for desalination), AND some bungalows for guests. Was checking out some listings of islands for sale awhile back and was really surprised at how "cheap" many were. I thought they would be 3x ~ 4x as much. I mean, you still have to be well-off, but you don't need to be Mitt Romney rich.
