Pace cars are the reason bumpers are on cars?

Terrible idea, impeding the flow of traffic is careless and reckless driving imho

Colorado passed a law to prevent just this thing. If I remember right, you can get a ticket for "agressively driving at or below the speed limit in a manner that inhibits traffic" or something like this. This kind of thing is just stupid. School zone, business or residential, fine. Anywhere else, get off the road.

a few years ago, i was driving down the highway at about 65 (all highways were 55 at the time, MA drivers are good for 65 minimum) and there's some guy driving 50 in the left lane. i slow, and wait a minute for him to move out of the left lane. he doesn't move over, so i toot toot the horn. his reaction: slowing to 35. at this point i'm certain i'm about to be killed by someone crashing into me from behind. i try to pass on the right just to get away from the fucker, and he swerves back and forth, blocking me. cars are missing me by inches, and he continues his vigilante highway injustice. a phone call to the state police accomplished nothing, of course. if it weren't for the legal hassle, i would have followed him to his destination and beaten him.
