I think I may have something lined up for my co-op / internship once I get back to school full-time, so I'm pretty psyched myself...

Ruth's Chris. PF Chang is too american-ized to be good. Cheesecake factory has awesoem cheesecake (or so I hear--i dont like cheesecake), but the food is bland/overpriced. I've never heard of Kate Mantilini. But I have been to RC several times, and it's absolutely wonderful.
 
Ruth Chris is excellent. PF Changs is also excellent. Depends on what you are in the mood for I guess. Cheesecake Factory is not nearly as good as the other two and I've never eaten at Kate Mantilini.
