Boar's Head Ever roast anything > any other lunch meat.

It's expensive but it's damn tasty, shockingly it tastes like whatever meat it's supposed to be...shocking...

Also Boars Head Queso Fresco is tasty too....

Nothing like a slice of souse.

Imagine vomit caught in jelly.

Sometimes it's bad in the store; that's why I don't buy it. It's full of questionable parts as is, and handling it multiple times per day, and exposing it to air and bacteria due it in fast. I'm no germophobe, but I'm very particular about my food. When I was young, I got bad lunch meat a few times. I didn't get sick from it, but that's usually because I tossed it after seeing it's disgusting texture or color. I just don't need it. There's plenty of good food to eat without eating that crap too often. Shit's bad for you, even in the best condition.
My wife is the germ bloodhound. Standard operating procedure is for me to open the pack and smell, "hmm, not bad" pass it to the wife, "what do you think?"........"Jesus Christ, how could you do that to me? Are you some kinda moron? You eat that and you'll be sick!"..."thanks, hon"

Smoked turkey with spinach. I got tired of having to cook chicken breasts and having half of it go bad before I could finish it, so now I just buy the packaged deli stuff in small packages enough to last 3-4 days at a time.

I buy packaged roast beef at costco. It can last me over 2 weeks fine. Probably cause its pretty salted. The cheese however goes bad fast.

LOL. My dogs will turn their noses at it but the kids eat it. As long as its not thrown away, I'm ok with it.

Boars head is pretty much win for everything.

Nobody said anything about sammiches. Just lunch meat. I'll allow deli cheeses too.

If that's the case, then extra sharp cheddar hands down. I'm not particular regarding brand. Cabot is an old standby, but I've been using Giant brand lately, and it has a great taste. I use extra sharp cheddar for everything, from sandwiches to omelettes. It's my goto cheese, and lunchmeat substitue.
