Now that I look at that pic closer I can bet OSHA will be having a field day with it for none of the rescuers that I can see are strapped down with safety harnesses, being that close to the edge of a drop off and doing a rescue ALL of them should be strapped in, and if OSHA gets their hands on these pics fines will be dished out for sure.
