Maybe that's just sewage from that drain....although there seems to be a large waste wrapped in a blanket or something :Q
 
How did he get there? In the first pic, I see the concrete barrier kinda pushed over...but the truck is facing the wrong way. My curiousity is piqued.

But yeah, that first step is a doozie! :shocked:
 
My guess is he hit the guard rail, and jumped, with his truck spinning where it came to a landing. But wholly crap, thats akin to the guy that walked out of his car after a trailer from an over turned truck crushed it.
 
whats the story behind this?? how did that truck end up backwards after going off the side from that angle? did it flip around midair somehow?
