Someone plz explain to me (in newb terms) what the LTD bus frequency is and what it affects... thanks!!!!!!!!! 🙂
 
Its called LTD bus frequency in my BIOS. It has options of 200,400,600,800 and 1 Ghz. I have an Asus A8V-E-Deluxe.
 
That's the same as HTT - Hyper Transport Frequency. Well, this might be the answer to ur OC issues. Try setting this to 800 or even 600 and increase the FSB. See what happens.
