EDIT: at least we can take solace in the fact that nobody will actually WATCH the title game now since very few people will actually agree that they deserve to be there and the playoff system will be coming sooner. IF not for fairness than at least for TV ratings which will be terrible this year.

Actually, I think you'll be surprised. This year is the exact opposite of what playoff proponents want...this year is a textbook example of "every week is a playoff".

I love LSU fans...they're almost as delusional as Bama fans.

maybe not the same team, but lsu's so called top rated defense is obviously not all that great
