From Lowe's circular 5/25 - see store for details:

Spend $20 on Sylvania light bulbs get a $10 Lowe's gift card via mail-in rebate.

Spend $100 on any ceiling fan or combination of ceiling fans totaling $100 or more and get a $20 Lowe's gift card via mail-in rebate.
 
There is a rebate form for $20 off on Hunter fans at lowes.com/rebate but my Lowe's said purchases totaling $100 or more of any brand will generate a rebate form at the register. Don't know if that allows for double dipping.
