Lower voltage memory

What is the status of lower voltage memory beyond 1.35V? I haven't seen anything but maybe I missed it. Is there a target release date for say 1600MHz memory at 1.2V from Samsung or Hynix or something?

Oh my mistake I meant lower than 1.35v

I had heard a while back that Samsung was developing "green memory" beginning at 1.2v for servers and I wanted to do if it trickled down.

Is there a particular reason why you want extremely low-voltage DDR3 SO-DIMMs? Most name-brand laptops, don't allow you to change the memory voltage, and will therefore likely just run them at 1.5v anyways.

I had heard Samsung was developing "green memory" for servers and wanted to know what the status was for laptops. There is no particular reason so much as I am currently using these:

Just in 1333 MHz
