Lower Sandra Scores with Promise Tech Fast Trak

Anyone have any idea why my Sandra HDD scores go from above a RAID 0 ATA-100 score to the same level as a single ATA-100 drive? WHen I first built the system the scores where really good and now the score has really dropped.

System Specs
P4-2.2
ABIT TH-II
Promise Tech Fast Trak 2X
2 100GB Western Digital (8mb Cache)
512 MB RAM
Windows XP
Latest Drivers Etc Etc.

Any help would be greatly apprciated.
