For light and older games you would play, GTX750Ti is one of the lowest, GTX950, or you can get older cards like the HD7850 (or R7 260), or such and still capable.
My HD5770 is old but still does the job in some games, even Planetside 2, and sips power.
Or possibly the RX 460 when it releases in about a month. 45w typical with 75w max.
It will be interesting to see how it benches.

If the power draw really is that low, is it going to be single slot with no power connectors? Or did they already mention that and I've just forgotten?
I'm looking for a video card I can slap in my 220w powered system. I do play a few games - browser based like MapleStory, and old school ones like diablo 2.
Any ideas, let me know. Thanks.
I am curious, what is the exact system you got?
I am curious as you what CPU you got, and also what PSU is it as well? Just because it says it is 220W, don't mean it can actually handle that load.
Sorry... but better to sell it. The E 240 is a single core, no? Sell it and buy at least an Athlon 5150 with ASUS AM1 board or a Intel Pentium J2900 based board if you can't afford any Celeron Haswell on the worst.AMD E240 1.5GHz

The RX 460 and even the GTX 750 is way overkill for them...
And even the theorical GTX 1050 and 1040 or the RX 450 will be much more for it.
Yeahp, single core.
WTF??? As if the dual-core Brazos wasn't slow enough, you had to go and purchase the single-core version? I sincerely hope that you didn't have to pay for it, or it wasn't over $10.
to play games comfortably with that CPU you will need to go back to 2005
Can confirm my GTX 750Ti is a low power consumption / "high performance" beast. As a standard bearer for minimum video card. Plays WoW maxed out at 1080p.
Some modern games like Black Desert suffer though.
what is the point of a 750 ti in your system? the games you mentioned like Diablo 2 are not going to benefit from it, and something like Diablo 3 will remain unplayable...
I also don't think this CPU is viable for current WoW
I was being generous with 2005, the E-240 will be badly beaten by Athlon 64s from 2003
you would be better buying a new CPU+MB with OK IGP.
to recommend one to go with the e-240 is what I'm asking.
That cpu is roughly as fast as Pentium III @ 1.4 Ghz. I wouldn't even play browser games with that.I was being generous with 2005, the E-240 will be badly beaten by Athlon 64s from 2003
GTX950 is similar to 750Ti but newer and a bit more efficient in perf/watt, a touch more expensive though. I'm using a 750Ti for now until I'm ready to get a new GPU (most likely that AMD RX 480) since my GTX960 died. The card has no problems playing most of my games, ARK is one of the few that chokes but it's a very poorly optimized game anyways- I tweaked graphics settings and removed the HDMI audio driver which improves performance somehow.thanks jask. I got my sights on one I think.
