Check my new box cutter/letter opener/wirecutter out/utility tool out.

It's just short of being illegal. That's a 17" monitor and full sized Microsoft keyboard.

$7 shipped. Ordered 5 more for some friends last night. If anyone wants to know, I can give you the name of a wholesaler that sells these things on eBay.

Congratulations, you got a POS knife.

there's a reason why it's so cheap. the quality of metals in that is pathetic.

not to mention the styling is ugly, and the serrations look too weak to do anything.

That blade is what, 4" long? Where do you live that that's almost illegal?

And yeah, why would I want to know where you bought a $7 POS knife?

Meh, yes, I know it's cheap. That's why I bought it. I don't expect it to last - but hell, so far it's done a damn good job at everything I've thrown at it (Except PSU wire - that's some nasty stuff). I don't expect much any blade to survive much of my computer cannibalism. And I rather like the styling.

My knifing policy is to buy cheap, work it to death, and throw it away. No sense in buying a $50 knife and then using it as a tool.

As for barely legal, a blade on a foldable knife maxes out at 4.5" here according to my (minimal) googling (Baltimore County, Maryland if anyone cares to prove me wrong).

That said - it's a tool, not a display knife.

[EDIT: I stand corrected - anything but a "pen knife" is illegal to carry in this state - for a folder you have to have a concealed carry license for a firearm

Guess I'd better not be leaving home with a tool]

Damn, your county sucks. Even Canada allows up to a 6" blade last I checked.

Now, if you'd picked up a balisong, you'd have something to brag about. :p

Um.. The blade looks like 2". If that blade was 4", the handle would be 8".

obviously because he thinks he got a deal there.

i could easily snap that blade, where a leatherman would hold quite well.

and besides, for single bladed knives, Buck makes the best.

(but their multitools leave a lot to be desired. leatherman reccommended for multitools... gerber too, but i've never used a gerber, so i cant give it my full reccommendation)
