Low TDP Haswell cpu

Hey guys. I'm looking for a Haswell CPU < 45 watts TDP. If I'm correct at understanding the naming conventions, this includes the T branded models. Since the 3570T has reached end of life status I started to look at the 4670T but I can't seem to find it anywhere. The Intel specification page shows it as released - does anyone know where I can purchase one? Or one similar?

The required specifications (Haswell covers all of these) :
<= 45 watts TDP (or very close - it needs to moderately efficient at idle. )
Speed stepping
VT-x
VT-d

Check this list. Core i5 4670T and Core i7 4770T got 45W TDP and also VT-d.

Alternatively, you can pick whatever you want and underclock/undervolt it to your desired levels.

Thanks but I've already looked through the available processors - the problem is finding a place that sells the T series.

To underclock wouldn't I need a K series CPU?

T series processors in general are very hard to find. They're out there, but because they're not sold retail boxed there's not a lot you can do other than to keep looking.

@everyone, can the non-k series chips be under clocked? Does anyone know the idle TDP rating on the new Haswell chips? - ballpark figures here.

Tray means that the processor is only sold to OEMs in bulk, and that it's just the bare CPU in a tray (the smallest tray contains 21 processors, IIRC).

And something like 30 days warranty in the US vs 3 years for the box? Tray makes a tad more sense in europe where you are garanteed 2 yers warranty.

I don't even know what the warranty on a tray/OEM processor is these days. It's been a long time since I purchased one since Intel has done such a through job getting them out of stores like Newegg.
