Low-profile Radeon 8500!

Not bad, could be very useful to hose that want a high powered card but are limited to a low profile.
Unfortunate that it's clocked at only 230/200 though... lower then all R8500's except the 8500DV. Still, I imagine it will sell decently just for the fact that it's priced semi-reasonably and can offer more power then any other low profile cards.

if only i could find a place that sells them in the u.s!!! i gave up and ordered gainward's gf4 mx420 with the 64-bit ddr that should make it a bit better than the 128-bit sdr ones. it's the best low-profile card i could find.

The boys at reactor critical need to learn the english language. I've never seen such bad grammer in my life (reading the Matrox Parahelia article).

Guys,

As soon as anyone sees availability at any vendor for the LP 8500LE in the US, please post here THAT VERY INSTANT 😉 ... I am desperate to get my grubby little paws on one.

cheers,
Haphazard.

Plus they say that May 9th is the anniversary of the end of WWII. I guess they forgot about Japan.
