Low profile card with S-Video out

I have a computer with a low profilie ATI 4850 card that only has a DVI connector. Regular size cards still come with 2 DVI/VGA and 1 S-Video. Anyone know of a newer low profile card with the S-Video connector?

Only things I can come up with spur of the moment are:

(While the last two have a full-height slot cover, they both come with half-height slot covers that make you disconnect and not use the VGA connector.....not a huge disadvantage, IMHO.)
