So my physical score for my 9700K seems a bit low even for stock. Anyone run Firestrike with a 9700K? what results do you get? I am using a GTX 1080ti (stock) and 16GB of DDR4 3600Mhz RAM. System does run all my games and programs flawless just wondering why am missing out on my CPU peformance. I've seeing 8700K get 30FPS more on Physical score results.

That seems right in line with where it should score to me. Where are you seeing an 8700k getting ~90 fps?
On another group am in. Not even overclocked 8700k should get 90 FPS or near close to it, I don't believe. I'll try and look for the screenshot.

EDIT: Weird I can't find it.

18500 should be about the stock FireStrike physics score for a 9700k
Really? wow. I've been doing some looking online and found my score is within the ball park. I guess I freaked out over nothing sorry lol. I honestly was alarmed when I saw 90FPS for an 8700k but I couldn't find the post again. Honestly my system runs flawless just didn't want to miss out on extra performance.

Looks like it

Do not obsess overmuch. Some physics scores go as high as 21k in the 3DMark database, but those CPUs may be overclocked. It's a bit hard to tell. SMT and core count seem to drive physics score up considerably. I can pull a physics score of over 31k on a 3900x (4.4 GHz). What that means for actual gameplay is sketchy at best.
