So I am having an issue with high memory usage, and I have no idea how. When playing ARK the other day with max settings I crashed to desktop with a low memory warning, odd so I restarted.
By the time I got around to playing my computer again Black Ops 3 Beta finished downloading so I started that up, and crashed with a low memory warning. So I restarted, opened Bo3, and when I looked at the task manager the committed memory is at 16.7GB/16.9 GB. Windows is managing the page file by the way, and I have no idea where the issue is coming from. By comparison, playing Witcher 3 at max everything I get 11.7GB/16GB committed memory usage. Please see attached images.
My Rig is as follows:
CPU: Intel Core i7 5930K (not overclocked, liquid cooled with Corsair H80i)
GPU: 2x EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti's (stock as well, no liquid cooling)
MOBO: EVGA x99 Classified
RAM: 16 GB G.Skill Ripjaw 4 series PC4-26400 (not over clocked, no room to install fans)
PSU: Corsair AX1200i 1200W
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (OS)
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB (Gaming)
