Low latency memory with it?

I've noticed Corsair sells "low latency" memory for about $100 more than their normal memory (XMS); what does that give you to justify the cost?

Also, if I were to choose between 1gb of PC4000 from kingston, corsair, crucial or OCZ, which would be the best choice?

Thanks!

Bragging rights and a hole in your wallet. Oh, and maybe a 2% performance jump. But it does cost more so it must be better right?

I seriously doubt that nearly $200 couldn't have been better spent somewhere else on your box. But hey, if you have the best of the best everything already, go for it.
