Low frame rate with GF3Ti200 card

How come I'm only getting 71 fps on Counterstrike? Is it because I'm using a PII 333Mhz and running AGP 1X?

try setting max_fps 100 in console.
or turn vsync off in the display settings.

Your using a PII 333MHz, I wouldnt expect much more. Your totally bandwdith limited, the GF3 is absolutely processor limited in there, your could probably pop in an MX400 and get the same results.

your wasting your card, get a 1 ghz + cpu then try again
