low fps!!!

Im using fraps while playing call of duty and it says im only getting 20 fps!!! I have a 9800pro why is it so low?? My o/c with radclocker is core 433.93 and memory 374.14. My AA is on 2x and AF is on 16x. using omega's 3.10 drivers
 
What is your CPU speed? What resolution are you running the game at?

Lower the resolutiion and turn off AA and see if that helps. If it doesn't your CPU is too slow and you need to upgrade.
 
thats what is says its running at.. but is that what it feels is running at? If it looks fine then theres no problem... could be the proggie...

Why are you using Omega's?

BTW, following BFG's advice may help pinpoint the problem. Either lower the res or disable AA and see if your framerate changes. And make sure SmartGART says you're running in AGP mode.
