Low-end upgrade: CPU, MB, memory and video for around $300

I want to upgrade my gaming machine. I only play WoW. I will be overclocking.

Currently I have:
AMD 64 3700+ @ 2800 MHz
7300 GS

I don't care if I go with AMD or Intel.

I was thinking of an e5200. I don't know much about what is currently available.

Thanks for you help.

Here's what I would do if I were you:

Gigabyte AM2 770 board, $75
2x1 GB DDR 2 800 RAM (any reliable brand), $30
AMD X2 550 CPU (3.1GHz, 6MB L3 cache), $102
ATI Radeon HD 4670, $70

That CPU overclocks well, has a better base frequency, and has much nicer cache than the e5200. You save about $20 with an AMD board, so it costs nearly the same as the e5200 and out performs it in every benchmark I've looked at. (It comes in around the Intel e7500.)

That graphics card is great for older games and good for newer ones at lower resolution with some reduced details. That is, it will WoW you.
