Low Disk Space Warning...(XP)

I created a separate partition for my WinXP swap file, or page file, which I set the max size to about 20megs smaller then the partition size. So now everytime WinXP starts, I get a "Low Space Warning".. Is there some way to disable this?

Also, ICQ starts with WinXP every time even though the feature is disabled in ICQ prefrences. How can I stop it from loading?
