I just don't think I have the willpower to do a no carb thing. I like carbs too much. I'm trying to cut down a bit because I'd like to fit into *all* of the pants I own, as opposed to the current...some...but I dunno if I can do it. Something needs to be done though, because I'm not making much progress as is.
The first two weeks are by far the hardest. After that it gets pretty easy.
I have zero cravings for sweets or bread.
I do have cravings for junk food like McDouble and Pizza. But I fight off the urge.
I have gone low carb mainly because I have developed an intolerance to wheat products. The siding effect is I am losing a lot of weight. I am hoping to reach 200lbs by end of June.
