I love how I tell people im on Atkins and they tell me that it's bad for me. Now, someone tell me why this is bad for me...

Yesterday
Breakfast: 2 egg omelette w/green&red pepper, mushrooms, onion, mozzarella cheese, & ham
small glass of Diet v8 splash juice
1 cup coffee, w/splenda & 1/2 & 1/2

Lunch: mixed greens salad w/ grilled chicken breast, tomato, peppers, onion, olives, feta cheese, vinagrette.
1 can of Diet Vernors

Snacks (over course of day): Handful of Macadamia nuts, piece of string cheese, small sugar free jell-o with whipped cream

Dinner: Roasted Chicken Breast, Asparagus, Green Beans, Small Tossed Salad.
1 can of Diet Coke

1 x Post-Workout Low-Carb Protein Shake (29g protein, 1g carbs, 2g fat)

over the course of the day approx. a gallon of water

Workout:
1.5 mile Run
5 x 5 Bench Press (200,210,220,235,245)
3x12 Dumbbell Flys
3 x 10 Tricep pulldowns
3 x 12 dumbbell lateral shoulder raises
3 x 10 shoulder shrugs

abs (in super-sets)
3 x 30 "super" crunches (lower back 4-6 in. off ground, to accentuate full range of abs)
3 x 15 decline situps
3 x 20 oblique-targeted crunch thingys (dunno real name)
3 x 25 weighted ab pulldowns

3 x 20 squats
3 x 10 leg extensions

Now, tell me that my diet is unhealthy. I've essentially been doing this for 142 days now, rotating the workout (to include back/biceps, dead lifts, etc.)and taking off 1 or 2 days from working out a week. Sometimes, the workout is a bit lighter, but at least 3 days a week it is this hard. The worst that I do is drink jack/diet cokes on the weekends, or occasionally a mich ultra or rock green lite. Ive lost ~ 50 lbs., and have MAYBE 20 lbs. to lose to be where I wanna be. I am never hungry, and basically force the snacks in to make sure I am constantly getting some protein to send to my muscles. I feel better than ever, and have more energy than most people. My cholesterol has lowered significantly, and my doc tells me to keep doing what I'm doing. I've went from a 38 waist to a 34, and a XL shirt to a fitting Medium, or a Large if I wanna wear something Loose (i.e., T-shirt).

So... how is this unhealthy??

EDIT: oh yeah, almost forgot about the multivitamins I take :)

That sounds more like the south beach diet. I believe atkins allows you to eat butter, all the bacon you want, and pork rinds where the south beach diet doesn't. It's a low carb (you can eat some carbs in the later stages) and low transfat diet.
