Love my new 614+ and Orinoco Gold

Just got them both in at the end of last week and I'm very happy. Range is great in my apartment and I can even keep a good signal at my friend's two doors down. Both products get my seal of approval. Now I just need to get my firewall and filtering settings going.

i happily replaced mine with a linksys which has like twice the range...

if you guys don't mind, what firmware and version number did it come with?
(mind originally came w/ beta firmware and is a version A1, bought it at BB in august tho)
Also how many antennas does yours have? (mine has two, the one online has one)
And mine only has one dark stripe accrossed it, also unlike the currently shown one on their website does yours have two?

Mine now has Firmware 2.18, but it didnt come with that one, it had like one down from that, mine has two antenna, and has worked great since new, I can go everywhere I need to go with it in my house (I have 2200 sq ft) and if I wanted something stronger I would have got a proxim or something of the like, not cisco, lol Since I work for a very large Wisp I can try out all kinds of wireless gear. But the Dlink works great for what I wanted it for, besides, I only use it for one laptop the rest are hard wired. Not to mention if I want a stronger signal I can just slap on a stronger dbi antenna on the dlink as well.
