Help save "Ed" worked although only for one season.

The sad thing is the "Ed" discussion forum is still thriving with new posts.

Ed was on the air for 2 or 3 years before cancellation came about. This show was on for 2 episodes. It's gone.

Hey just saw commercials for Love Monkey. Looks like it's been resurrected by VH1 for those who care. Nice! That dude was awesome in Scrubs.

Woohoo. Love Monkey is indeed back! VH1 has picked the show up and it is now on Tuesday nights at 9pm. The new episode last night was great and I can't wait for next week. Hope all the fans get to see the rest of the new episodes.

saw the ads, saw the hype. have enough good shows to watch already so very little incentive to watch such a thing. couldn't care less.

i didn't like ed eitehr sothat doesn't help

ed failed because he got the girl.

all these boy wants girl but can't get girl shows only last until the boy gets the girl. most of america isn't interested in what happens to couples once the boy gets the girl (except the porn crowd i guess). they are only interested in the pratfalls of the chase.

"who's the boss" is an example of that. of course in the case of "who's the boss" it might just have been becuase the show had been on for so long.

Hm... my tivo recorded it last week but not this week. Will have to investigate. Like I said earlier in this thread, I didn't have much expectation for it to survive. But now that it is on VH1 I am curious to see what will happen. Has VH1 done any other original programming before?
