Lousy CPU, lousy memory, lousy motherboard?

I've got an Albatron PX845PEV, a P4 2.53 w/Thermalright AX478 & Corsair XMS PC3200 memory.
I can't get it to run stable @ 19 X 147 w/default memory settings (2,3,3,6) and set to auto. I'd really like to hit 3.0 stable.
All this is housed in a Lian Li PC61 case.
Ideas? Suggestions?

I would guess it is your cpu. That memory should definately go beyond those specs. Not too familiar with that motherboard. Have you checked your voltage to see what you are actually getting to the cpu? You might try bumping up the vcore a little.

According to SiSoft Sandra, my CPU Vcore voltage is at 1.52v...according to the bios when I was configuring things, it was 1.6. I've heard, however, that Albatron boards are a little low when it comes to the Vcore voltage.
Another things...MBM shows my cpu temp @ 44c...SiSoft Sandra is showing it @ 72.5c & that the power/aux temp is 44. 72.5 seems a little high for a P4 with an AX 478 w/Arctic Silver with my setup. Is it?
Right now, it's running @ 2.77. That sure don't seem like much of an overclock considering it isn't the stock hsf & i'm using good memory. It's been running Prime95 for 16hrs so i'm assuming it's stable.

Make sure you've flashed the MB to the latest BIOS revision.

The link is for the plain "PX845PEV" NOT the PX845PEV Pro or the PX845PEV-800.

Make sure you flash your MB with the correct BIOS.

What about the temps & the accuracy of the 2 programs reporting them. Should I be concerned?
