I believe the correct term his people like to be called is 'Reptilian'

Saying 'Lizard' is extremely insensitive.. to lizards that is.

How about "wasting" just one minute? He comes back to it time and again during the interview, and it's hilarious,but these 60 or so seconds give you the main part.

Rumsfeld never answers the question! Later, when asked again, he tries to claim answering it would harm him! All he had to do was say, "No." D:
