loud whine...weird

lol this is gona sound weird but i have this loud whine comin from inside the computer and idont know for the life of me what it is, weird part is, when i push down on the mouse button it goes away, and when i let up, it comes back......seems to be the hardrive from what i can tell
 
not sure about the mouse bit but whines are from hard drives that are about to fail 99.9% of time time. Back up your data ASAP and get a new drive. See if the mouse thing affects the new drive.
 
I think it goes off and on when i click the mouse because of activity, sending information back and forth etc, it goes off and on whenever the harddrive is active...
