Loud Fan

I just found where some of the loud noise is coming from on my system. I have a MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum board, and it looks like the loud noise is coming from the motherboard fan. Is this part replaceable? If so, where would I buy a replacement fan for it?

I have a DFI Lanparty motherboard with a very loud chipset fan.

I bought the Evercool VC-RE fan from jab-tech.com. It was $8, fit perfectly and is very quiet.

part is replaceable.

toss the nb stock heatsink/fan. replace with something passive like zalman blue nb hs.
